What was the 3i Summit?

To celebrate 10 years of service and as a springboard to the future, Leadership Ottawa hosted a n exciting two-day event that gathered diverse thinkers and practitioners from our city to share ideas and actions about their experiences that related to the theme What's your dream for Ottawa?

We celebrated acts of leadership that were currently in action, explored the impact of this leadership and what possible future is emerging from this leadership. Participants and presenters alike were asked to consider what they would you do if they knew how to create change and if they've thought about a better way of doing things.

Inspiration was evoked by energized, accomplished presenters and everyone experienced the synergy to fuel their own passions in their work, their communities and their lives.

How was Sanitas Playback Theatre involved?

Sanitas Playback Theatre served by capping off the 3i Summit with a 90-minute performance.

Our intention was draw out what floated in the ether between the presenters and the participants, to illuminate those personal experiences and stories that were invoked by what was heard, and then immediately reflect them back to the teller of the story and the rest of the audience through the artistry of our ensemble. We sought to offer all of the 3i Summit participants a compelling and powerful way to connect their imaginings, interactions and inspirations with each other.
